3. Booking and Payment

  • All reservations must be made in advance via our website, phone, or email.
  • A valid payment method is required to confirm bookings.
  • Prices are subject to change based on availability, service type, and seasonal demand.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a partial or full charge.
  • No-shows are billed in full.

5. Passenger Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward our chauffeurs and vehicles. Apex Limos reserves the right to terminate service without refund in cases of misconduct, damage, or illegal activity.

6. Liability

Apex Limos is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. We are committed to punctuality and safety but cannot guarantee arrival times.

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during booking is used solely to provide and improve our services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

8. Vehicle Substitution
